Privacy Policy
1. Controller

2. What we process
Account and contact data (name, email, company details), billing data, and technical data (logs, device/browser, cookies). Within the Service you may also enter data about your vehicles, drivers and contractors.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Providing the Service and performing our contract with you — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Billing, accounting and legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Security, service improvement and other legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Processor role
For personal data you enter about third parties (e.g. drivers, contacts), you are the controller and we act as processor on your behalf, processing it only to provide the Service. A separate data processing agreement is available for business customers.
5. Recipients and processors
We use trusted providers to run the Service (hosting, database and email infrastructure) and Stripe for payment processing. If you accept marketing cookies (see “Cookies” below), we also share limited data with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google for that purpose. All providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and only as needed.
6. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for periods required by law (e.g. accounting). You can request deletion.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–22 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
8. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies: (1) essential cookies, required for login, security and basic site functionality — always active; and (2) optional cookies for analytics and marketing (e.g. advertising pixels), set only if you consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or manage cookies in your browser.
9. Transfers
Data is processed within the EU/EEA. If you consent to marketing cookies, some data may be transferred to providers outside the EEA (e.g. the United States) under appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Any other transfer outside the EEA is likewise protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
